Steez
SL Steez is Salt Lake’s original multi-genre bass music DJ. A turntablist, Steez is known for relentlessly attacking turntables with intricate scratching, a punch you in the mouth style and the ability to rock any crowd. As the creator and co-host of the Inversion Mixshow (formally The Tactical Assault Mixshow), he features local / national dance music artists, doing so since the early 2000s. Steez is also an original and current member of the V2 Allstars. With a barrage of classic mix tapes and a slew of unforgettable performances, you can’t talk about SLC’s DJ scene without mentioning Steez.
