• You must be the creator or have explicit permission to share each mix you upload.
• Only upload content you have the rights to distribute. No copyrighted material without permission.
• Do not upload malware, harmful files, or illegal content.

2. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your uploads. By uploading, you grant Utah's DJs a non-exclusive license to host and stream your mix files and related metadata on our website and associated CDN endpoints.

3. Metadata & Artwork

• Provide accurate titles, DJ names, and artwork. Do not impersonate others.
• We may edit obvious typos or formatting for clarity and consistency.

4. Moderation

• Uploads are initially marked as pending for review. Admins may approve or reject at their discretion.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

• No spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Respect the platform and other community members.

6. Removal Requests

If you are a rights holder and believe content was uploaded without authorization, or you would like your content removed, please contact us with sufficient detail to identify the content and your relationship to it. You can reach us via our public social profile linked from the site or via the contact details provided on our domain records. We will review and respond to reasonable requests.
